Interesting Talk on " UPHEAVALS in TURKEY " @TTDI

The talk by Tuan Haji Ahmad Azam Ab Rahman was well-attended by the public eager to know what happened in Turkey during the attempted coup and what is happening now. Ahmad Azam is the President of an NGO called WADAH and his son passed away in Turkey some years back.

There were some interesting takebacks from the talk which lasted slightly over an hour. Some of them are:-
  • President Erdogan had 6 Aide-de-Camps(ADCs) or assistants and 2 of them betrayed him by feeding the mutineers information regarding his movements.
  • 15 minutes was all that stood between Erdogan being warned and the commando and helicopter assault at the hotel and room where he was staying. It is apparent that the mutineers wanted to assassinate him.
  • Despite sending the United States of America boxes of evidence implicating F.Gulen, the US refused to extradite him back to Turkey despite Gulen being a terrorist. Hence, the USA is now harbouring a wanted terrorist in Pennsylvania, USA.
  • Which is not surprising as there were communications intercepted from the Inclirk Air Base indicating who the perpetrators and/or supporters of the mutineers was.
  • As a result, despite being so-called 'allies' in the Syrian War, Turkey is now controversially enhancing ties with Russia, China, Iran and Israel as the USA cannot be trusted as an ally.
